How do your root a Samsung Moment?

I got my phone yesterday and I love it. I want to root it. Can someone explain to me how to root it in a way a little kid can understand? I've been looking at websites on how to root them but I don't understand a thing. Every time I go to YouTube for tutorials, all i find are ways to root the Droid for some reason. Please help.
