How do you write a debate speech?

I'm trying to write a first affirmative constructive speech for my debate. However, my partner and I got confused on how the format went. Can someone show me how the 1AC written format looks like? PLEEEAAASSSEEE?!?!?!
 
good afternoon chairperson, members of the opposing team, and audience...

today the topic is....

my team will prove to you that...(insert team line)

i will speak to you about...(main points)

my second speaker will prove to you....(main points)

and my third speaker will sum up our arguments and firmly rebut the opposition...

my team believes... (team line)

*main point*

*develop main point*

*one minor point if there's time*

from what I have told you and what my team mates will prove...(tie back to team line)

BTW is it like you must have a plan with United states fed. govt. and it is 1AC speech with solvency, harms, inherency, significance kind of stuff then ya I have thousands of cases.
