So I have never worked with asp.net before, however, I need to build a theme with it now. I normally design and layout with HTML and then a developer does all the asp.net side. So I've been looking through the files and it all seems to make sense, since I have previous programming background but I do mostly develop anything in PHP only. The problem is that I need the trial and error portion of making a change, viewing the change, and adjusting from there. I can't just write it all up and hand it off and say here you go, it's done (I think.) but so far I haven't found a way to view anything anywhere.
I have Visual Basic 2005 at work but no access to the testing dev server so everything I do i need to do it locally.
