how do you use the red dead redemption war horse online?

I have purchased a code online of ebay, entered it into the in game menu and it is saying...

downloaded content installed-
outfit
golden guns
war horse

how do i now use these online.....not bothered so much about the outfit but want to use the war horse and the golden guns....
