I'm a web designer and i've always created through Dreamweaver. However, I want to grant clients access to edit their website themselves. I've down a ton of online research on this and everyone's telling me about "a back end and a front end." I'm confused. I rather not use those bland templates that are given through websitebaker.com etc. Is it possible to create a site myself and to allow clients to edit it? If so, how do I go about using Yahoo's suggested Php-Nuke?
I guess I should add that I'm totally new at programming. Dreamweaver allows you to get away with knowing a lot. I know some HTML codes and that is it. OOP, PHP etc is a new world. I'm interested in learning it all but I guess if there was an easier way to get around all this I need help in that direction.
