I've tried using the USB cable and just inserting the SD card into my computer, and neither would upload the videos. I don't have any pictures on the SD card, just 2 videos, less than 3 minutes long each. When I try to upload them, I get a pop-up saying there are no pictures or videos on the SD card. Do I have to install some type of software to do it?
Also, I don't have this problem when uploading pictures.
