how do you unseize a 96 chevy lumina or is it something you can pour in the plug hole

to loosen up the piston? how do you unseize a 96 chevy lumina i tried to turn the crankshaft but it only turned a little tried again and it turned half way then stop so i went the other way and it did the same thing
