How do you unlock the Samsung Sch-u440 phone?

I would like to download .jar files for games to my phone, and I cannot figure out how to install them. From my research it looks like I would need a code to unlock it, as Samsung phones are tricky like that. I have a memory card that I can connect to my computer with and save files on. But so far I cannot open any saved game files (.jar or .jad) on my phone. Please help! Thank you~
