i got it yesterday for Christmas and i got past the grass land and the hot land and im now on the toyland and i realized i should take a break before i complete the whole game in like a week and i went back to the other worlds and noticed there are faded spots that look like a patch should have been there and a few little doors with three question marks above them, and i dont know how your supost to unlock them, im surprised i was able to get past that world without doing all the levels! i dont know has anyone else figured those out? oh and plus whats the door above the patch castle level thing theres like a white door thing above it did anyone unlock that?
