How do you unlock Sun Quan on Dynasty Warriors 3 for PS2?

I know that you have to have Sun Quan as the leader of the army to unlock him on Battle of Hei Fei, but everytime I play it in Mousou mode, its always Sun Jian who is the leader! So what character do I have to play as in order to get Sun Quan as the leader in Mousou mode??
