My girlfriend accidentally locked a phone she was borrowing from somebody else and apparently she dosent know how she locked it and she dosent know how to unlock it. She tried taking out the battery and restarting the phone but that didnt work. She desperatly needs it to be unlocked but has no idea how to do it and there is no way for her to contact the person she borrowed it from. It is the original LG enV from verizon and its prepaid if that helps. Please help!
