How do you unlock a Samsung SGH-T109?

I have tried a ton of codes; I even bough a couple. And this code did not work:

First with different carrier SIM in phone at WRONG CARD screen ENTER on the keypad
*2767*3855# (wait 10-15 seconds) phone will reboot(restart)

When phone completes reboot ENTER
*7465625*638*00000000*00000000#

NEXT ENTER
#7465625*638*00000000#

What should I do??
 
I unlocked my Samsung SGH-T109 by using the unlock codes i got from Onlinegsmunlock.com . Here is the instruction i received from them . Follow the instructions correctly to unlock your Samsung SGH-T109:

Warning : Do not enter any wrong unlock codes on your Samsung SGH-T109 mobile phones. If you enter over a certain amount of wrong unlock codes on your Samsung SGH-T109 mobile phone, your phone may get hard locked and sometimes become unusable.

Method 1:
1 - Switch ON your Samsung SGH-T109 with a NOT ACCEPTED SIM Card.
2 - Samsung SGH-T109 will ask for "Password".
3 - Enter the Unlock Code.

OR (if the Samsung SGH-T109 shows "Insert Correct SIM Card")

Method 2:
1 - Switch ON your Samsung SGH-T109 with a NOT ACCEPTED SIM Card.
2 - Don't bother about what's being displayed on your Samsung SGH-T109.
3 - Compose : #0111*CODE#.

NOT ACCEPTED: We mean, to use a sim card from a network other than the network your Samsung SGH-T109 is locked to.
CODE: Its the unique Unlock Code for your Samsung SGH-T109.
If method 2 does not work, you can try method 2 again but this time without any SIM card on your Samsung SGH-T109.
