How do you unlock a motorola rival A455?

I currently have a Motorola Rival A455 with Telus. I'm moving to the States and I want to keep this phone and use it on a different provider. Can anyone please help me out! I dont know much about phones and I could really use the help. Is there any codes I need to unlock this phone? Thanks !
