My security software informs me that I should "go to an earlier date" (I forget what you call this) and I did so, but the program is still on there??
It was downloaded yesterday to my computer and my computer crashed. I went into safe mode and attempted to uninstall this program, but I am unable to do so (need system administrator). I thought I was the system administrator and I can uninstall other programs but not this one. I didn't download this myself either. Can anybody shed some light on this for me?
