My daughter wants to receive emails from a game site. I never blocked her incoming messages, so I don't know why she is not getting the emails from the site. Other users from this same site do not have problems receiving email, so I assumed it was because her account has parental controls. How do I allow this site to send her emails? We use the att.com yahoo email accounts.
