Click on the Menu button(not the multimedia button which is on the right side)
Then press the right button and click on the centre button.
Now first press the up button,then press left and click on the center button.Wait a sec. and then hit the center button. Your bluetooth will be turned on.
This should work only if the menus in your cell are arranged in the default way.
