How do you translate sequences?

It says to translate mRNA sequences into polypeptide chains but I have absolutely no idea what to do:

A) GUG GCA CAA CGC UCC CUG GGG
B) AAA CUG UCA AUU GUG GCG GGG

also:

Translate the DNA sequences into polypeptide chains:

A) GTG TAT CTC ACG AAC GTC
B) TTT GAT GGT CAC TGG GTC

Could someone please explain?
 
transfer RNA strand complementary to these sequences will attach on this sequence 7 the amino acid attached to it will attach to other amino acids to form polypeptide
the sequences of tRNA codon are
A) CAC ATA GAG TGC TTG CAG
B) AAA CTA CCA GTG ACC CAG

Ever A replaces T & T replaces A, G replaces C & C replaces G
