I have a T-mobile Motorola Rokr phone. When I plug it in with the USB Port thing, auto play comes up. Then I click on import photos using windows. Then when it does that, it says that no photos or videos are found. I try out the other options, but it comes up with the same message.

okay, I have that little micro sd adapter thing that you guys are talking about. I took out the memory card from the phone and put it in. Then I put the micro sd adapter into the slot in my labtop. It shows up, but still, no photos. I think my photos are saved onto my phone, but it doesn't show on my computer.
