How do you transfer photos from an ipod to your computer? My pics got deleted off PC

but they r still on ipod!? Photos were on computer and uploaded to ipod by itunes. I deleted them on my computer by accident and they are gone. However, they are still on the ipod. How do I transfer photos from my ipod to my computer? I have an HP Pavilion and use Windows XP. I currently have the new 4th gen ipod nano. Thanks!
