How do you transfer messages from memory card to phone memory on a Nokia E63?

I recently changed my memory settings for my text messages from phone memory to memory card. When I did that, there was a pop up asking me if I wanted to move my messages to the memory card, I clicked yes. Now, I can't move my messages back to the phone memory.
