My bolt is loose on the crossmember. It is bolted into the a piece on the frame. When I try to turn it, it just spins. I am guessing I need to put someing on the back of the bolt, but I cannot seem to find any access to the back of the bolt. The piece of the frame it is bolted into appears to be hollow, but once again I can't find any way to get to the backside of the bolt. Perhaps I need a special tool or crows foot???
