i think crime would go down ALOT. and the world would be much more understanding

hm, everyone is 5 times more dangerous than they are now, a killer or thug would have time to hone his skills daily, and "practice" them, so he will always have a edge, whilst a normal person would know it, but dont refine his technique. making it dull
