incidents of abuse and torture by rogue...? ....soldiers of imprisoned terrorists in military prisons?
Having been in the military, I know that sometimes a platoon or even a company can act in cliques. Sometimes they can be good and sometimes bad. Even the highest ranking person in charge of that platoon can be in on it.
So if this does happen, will the entire military be blamed for the actions of a group. Will it be viewed as approved sanctioned procedures? Will such an incident be viewed as an isolated case or something that happens all the time?
