I have a friend who we through a divorce 5 years ago after 40 years of marriage. I have been patient and supportive for her through all of the rough and trying times. But the one thing I have been maxing out on lately is that she whines and complains constantly. She is so needy, I she finds out me and m husband went to dinner with friends and didn't invite her she says comments like "Why didn't you invite me?" "I need good company too" and on and on etc. How do I say the right thing so get her attention that she can't keep up with all this whining and expect people to put up with her with out getting overwhelmed by her neediness?
