How do you take out the inside panel of the front drivers side door of a

1994 chrysler mini van? I'm trying to fix the motor that controls the window, and I need to remove the panel from the inside of the door.
There are four screws on the outside that are visible that I took
out but the panel still seems to be stuck.
I don't want to force it out and risk tearing something up,
so I need some help/advice, or a good DIY page with a diagram.
