There's a key called "Print Screen" (or "prt sc"), it should be near the Insert key. If you have a laptop you might have to hold the Function ("fn") key while pressing it.
Print Screen will capture the image of your entire screen at that moment. Paste it into a simply image editor like Paint to crop it to just the image you want.
