My current phone has been really spastic lately, and it won't hold a charge. So my friend gave me her old phone. I've looked all over the Verizon Wireless site to switch numbers but I can't find it anywhere. I tried calling *611 from my phone, but none of the options were working for me.
Also, on the new phone, whenever I turn it on it shows my friends number, even though it's not connected. If I call *228 from that phone, will it reactivate that phone number, or will I have the option to put my current number on there?
* And I need to fix this before tonight, because I'll be away from the charger for a while, and I'll need my cell phone.
