How do you swap a K20 and what needs to be done for it to fit in a 98 Honda EK hatch?

I have a 98 EK hatchback with a B18C.What needs to be done for it to fit into the car?how much will the cost be for the whole process?(includes cost for engine,parts, and labor)No turbo just N/A.how long will it take?the engine to be swapped in is a K20A from an FD2 06 Civic Type R.thanks
