how do you successfully mate fish on happy aquarium beta on facebook?

i have 2 fish on happy aquarium, they are both royal gramma basslets, 1 boy, 1 girl but i have tried to mate them about 10 times and every time it says "almost there!" and i've checked that the waters clean, the fish are healthy and there is enough room so why aren't there any babies??

does anyone know how to do it ??
