How do you structure an English poetry essay..? pleeeeease help.!?

Howdy, okay so i have a poetry essay to do on 5 poems of the same poet. (eavan boland)

& i have no idea how to structure it.
Would you get more marks for basing a paragraph on, Language, and taking about it relating to all 5 poems? and then a paragraph on diction and then style and so on..

Or if i based each paragraph on each poem and then talked about the syle, dicition, imagery separately??

aghhhhhghhh stress..

Also what cateory would ambiguity and onomatopedia fall under? diction?

when i did it we had to compare 2 different poems on similar issues 'how do the titles reflect the subject of the poems' in case u was wondering

we did a few separate paragraphs

language
imagery (ambiguity)
sound (onompatopoeia)
tone
subject matter
structure
rhyme + rhythm

we had to pick examples to back up the point and each point was a separate paragraph

i must warn u it ended up lyk 20 pages long :S

my teacher said to do it this way so im pretty sure its gd :)
