How do you stretch the bottoms of denim jeans?

I used to always wear Jnco's // anything wide leg. I liked that style, now its gone. I hate all the jeans i'm buying. Is there a way I can stretch these jeans to be more "wide leg"?

I don't mean by a millimeter or two either, like maybe 3-4cm would be decent but idk anything about denim.. halp!!!!! :)
