how do you stop jokes on orange network?

my daughter is on orange network and receives jokes every day which take 25p of her credit i can not find out how you stop these so any help would be grateful cause when she has no credit it stores them till she has credit then bombards her with joke after joke and takes all the credit she just put on..
have tryed texting stop to the number but fails
 
its really simple,
just text : stop.
to the number that is sending the texts.
and you will no longer recive them :)
trust me.
