ive been swimming breaststroke for 2 years now because no one else on my team can. im not very good at it, although i have good technique i just cant seem to swim fast!! ive tried many different things, slowing down my kick, speeding it up, etc. i cant break 1:28 on 100 breast. its so embarrassing (im 14 girl) any advice??
