How do you speed up the internet for the mytouch 4g?

It's going really slow especially on youtube ( and I only looked at 4 things) and wasn't like this when I got it. Please help this unprofessional phone user... which is me
 
Try with the following tips for better internet connection,
* Clear your cookies, browsing history, etc.
* Turn off your background applications.
* Install latest and upgraded browser for your mobile to browse.
* Ensure that you have turned on your 3G settings.
* Make sure that your network gets full coverage
* For YouTube you must upgrade your Flash player and also update default YouTube application to current version.
