Hi so I got a new plan with T-Mobile and I have been unable to set up my voicemail box for my number. I have been instructed to simply dial the voicemail number, but when I don't get any instructions to set up voicemail, I only get "You have reached the voicemail system. If you a voicemail box on this system, press star. If you want to leave a message for another customer, enter their 10 digit telephone number" Neither of those get me anywhere, someone help please?
