how do you set up a ps3 with a dmz and/or static ip?

we have two ps3's on the same network and when we go online for gaming we have the same ip address, so i was wondering if we could set each ps3 into their own dmz or set a static ip for each one to differentiate the two

i have a netgear router btw and cable one isp,
