how do you set a banner on the samsung rogue ?r=1266197127?

my little sister put a banner on that i didn't like so i took it off and when i saved a blank banner again so it would go back to normal it would show up in a grey box in the middle of the screen with the words undefined. how do i get rid of it or save another banner in its place
