How do you send pictures to your email on the Verizon Kin? (Will choose best answer)?

I just got a new phone (the Kin) and need to figure out how to send pictures from my phone to my email. My email won't pop up as a contact on a picture message since there is only my email on there, and when I try to send it as an email is says there isnt a connection? I don't have internet on my plan. Please help, thanks.
