I have a pair of denim shorts (cutoffs) that are cuffed on each leg but after washing them, one of the cuffs came undone and frayed so now the two legs of the shorts don't match. Is there a way to 'seal' that side so it looks less frayed and maybe i can re-cuff it so both sides will match again?
