I'm on firefox.
I've accidentally done this a few times before. Instead of clicking on the bar and having to hold down the mouse button, I could let go of the mouse button and it would still have the bar selected, and all I'd have to do is move the mouse (no need to hold down mouse button). What is the procedure to do this at will?
OK I know about those methods. This method is different. I will accidentally click the bar in such a manner where it will "stick" and then all I would have to do is move the mouse up and down. I really liked this method as opposed to all the others mentioned (mouse wheel, wheel click, etc..)
