How do you save music from a picture message on Samsung Acclaim?

Okay, so my sister and best friend have a Samsung acclaim and im getting mine in the mail tomorrow. It took us a while to figure out how to save pictures, but eventually i figured it out for them. But, we still can't figure out how to save music from a picture message. Is it even possible?
