Most cameras have what is called a "reset" on them. Some are just two buttons with green spots next to them and when you press and hold both of them at the same time, the factory defaults are restored.
You will have to call Panasonic helpline if your camera does not have the two green annotated buttons or a good explanation in your user manual on how to reset the camera
