how do you reset the sign in information a sidekick LX?

i bought a blackberry and threw my chip in there without thinking about forwarding all my old sidekick information (tmail stuff, Notes, etc.) to my other email, my little brother has a sidekick LX, how can i use his phone to get all of my information? and will he be able to go back to his information when i am done? thanks.
