t the K&N shouldnt need any tuning.
i'm not sure about the exhaust, it depends on if you replaced the header, but even then i doubt it. All you have done is increased airflow rates as opposed to changing compression, if you installed a turbo you would want to adjust the amount of fuel because your dealing with forced induction instead of naturla aspiration. you dont need to change anything.
To Reset the ECU disconnect your battery for 5mins.
Air/Fuel is hard programmed in so it wont matter.
