How do you request product quotations from Packeteer?

I need to buy IntelligenceCenter Software from Packeteer but I'm failing to contact them. I have filled their request form at http://www.packeteer.com/company/moreinfo/ but no reply. I have also tried to email them at Packeteer Support using address [email protected] but still no reply. So does anyone know where I can purchase this software or how I can contact Packeteer.
