A clearance was granted some time ago but an individual and is now on a third marriage, sleeps around/cheats, two incidents of driving under the influence (DUI) but in court was able to get it writing as something less severe, a home foreclosing, and previous/maybe current drug use.
Ethically and Legally, do I need to report this?
If so, to whom? If so, is there a way to do this anonymously?
