How do you replace the gear shift illumination on Nissan Altima 2000?

i would appreciate it if someone let me know where it goes or step by step to replace the bulb of this, because at night its hard to see in which shift am I at. I don't see clearly the PRDN21 letters at night especially when it's not illuminated...
yes its an automatic one...
