how do you replace the dash speaker for 2000 dodge intrepid?

i have the infinity system on my 2000 dodge intrepid and its starting to go. i want to either replace it or disconnect it for the moment because it has a scratchy sound to it and its quite unpleasant... how would i be able to take out the speaker?
