...to a Honda car part? I am trying to replace my driver side power mirror on my Honda 04 Accord DX. I do not need to replace the whole thing--only the mirror and the actuator. When I look up the part, the diagram and part listings are confusing.

There are 4 parts listed below. I'm not sure if I need only two parts or all 4 parts. What does the (FLAT) mean? I appreciate any guidance.
