You remove the lockout (6 small allen head screws), inside the hub behind the lockout you will find the spindle nut. Bend the tab of the lockwasher away from the nut. Then you need a special tool. If your truck is stock you need a spanner wrench. If your truck has had the lockouts or wheel bearings worked on by a Ford garage after 1995 you will need a special socket. (Don't buy these specialty tools from Ford because of cost). Once the nut is off the entire hub will pull off the spindle. Then it's just like any other wheel bearing replacement. Knock out the old races and tap in the new and assemble in reverse order.
